Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are always looking to grow our fine family of patients.

I referred a friend. Do I get a gift?

Thanks for your referral! Many of our new clients are referred to us by our loyal patrons.

You will receive a $20 check from Brook West for every adult patient that you refer to us (once they complete their new-patient appointments). We ask every new patient how they heard about Brook West; so simply have them mention your name to receive your gift. Hurry, this is a limited-time offer.

Our new patients receive a gift bag (once they complete their new-patient exam, films, and cleaning) that includes a Crest Supreme-Professional Whitestrips® bleaching kit and other exciting products to maintain a healthier, whiter smile.

What can I expect at my first visit?

At your first visit, the doctor will complete a thorough examination of the teeth and tissue. You and the doctor will discuss your concerns and review your medical history. Any necessary films will be taken and read by the doctor. We tailor our appointments based on the individual needs of the patient. Depending on the health of your gum tissue and the time allowed, our hygienist is sometimes able to clean and polish your teeth at the first visit. If not, you will be scheduled for a second visit for the cleaning and polishing. After this initial pair of appointments, exams and cleanings can be done at the same visit.

Do you have evening and weekend appointment times?

We have appointment times to fit your life with limited late-afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments. We will make every effort to find a time that works for your schedule.

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

We understand that life can throw surprises your way. Occasionally, appointments need to be changed. Our dentists and staff reserve time especially for you. We request that you phone us one full business day in advance, if you need to change your dental appointment. Oral surgery appointments require more notice for changes.

How can I sign up for e-mail appointment reminders?

Technology is great! We’ll send you a reminder e-mail 7-10 days before your appointment. Either confirm your appointment by replying to the e-mail, or wait for the reminder phone call. To take advantage of this next-generation notification, just give us a call. Rest assured, we will never share, rent, or sell your e-mail address…ever. You can change your mind and remove your e-mail address from your contact information at any time.

My teenager can drive to his own dental appointment. Why do I need to be there?

When it comes to minor children, we still need a parent or guardian present to discuss concerns, treatment, and to sign paperwork. If you are unable to accompany your child to their appointment, please be available by phone to speak with our staff.

Is there an elevator in your building?

Yes! Come through the south building entrance (by 3 Square Restaurant) to use the elevator. If you would like us to meet you at the south entrance with a wheelchair, call us at 763-561-2273.
