How much does it cost to get my teeth cleaned?

Many dental insurance plans cover preventative services up to 100%. Typically, the charge for a comprehensive exam with films is between $125 and $230. There are several types of cleanings depending on the condition of your gums. The charge for a hygienist to clean and polish your teeth starts at $100.

Can I pay my bill online or over the phone?

We are delighted to take phone payments. Simply call us at 763-561-2273. We will ask for your credit card number, expiration date, signature code, and amount you wish to pay. We will send you a receipt in the mail upon request. Most banks offer online bill-pay options. Check with your bank to find out how to set-up online bill pay.

I need an itemized copy of my bill. Who should I ask?

We can provide you with an itemized receipt at the end of your appointment upon request; or give us a call at 763-561-2273 and ask us for a printout of you account.

Why is the amount I owe for treatment different than the original proposal?

Sometimes, your recommended treatment changes due to the condition of your teeth, surrounding tissue, and bone. The doctor will discuss any changes in recommended treatment with you.

We make every effort to ensure our treatment proposals accurately estimate the extent to which your insurance company will pay. However, the final decision regarding coverage rests with your insurance company. It is important for you to communicate with your insurance company regarding any upcoming treatment.

Do you offer a professional courtesy if I pay cash?

We are pleased to offer a professional courtesy to our uninsured patients and those who are 60 years (young) and older. For those patients we offer a 5% reduction in our fees if paid-in-full the day of service with cash, check or credit card.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We welcome cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In addition we accept the Wells Fargo Health Advantage Credit Card.
