Meet our Team

We are picky about who we hire. Every member of our team is carefully sought out for their engaging personalities and their proficient technical skills.

Dr David Domaas D.D.S. is a founding partner of Brook West Family Dentistry which was established in 1982. He is a graduate of Augsburg College and the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry. Anyone who has met Dr. Domaas can tell you that compassion for patients, precise technical-skills, and artistry are his hallmarks. In addition to being a fabulous dentist, Dr. Domaas is a great dad, a successful entrepreneur, and a heck-of-a nice guy.

Dr. Domaas understands that dentistry is an ever-changing vocation. He dedicates a large part of his personal time to continuing education, where he keeps abreast of the latest advancements in the art and science of dentistry for his patients.

As if that’s not enough, Dr. Domaas is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and Minneapolis District Dental Society. He is also on staff at West Health Outpatient Center and is the Chief of Dentistry at North Memorial Medical Center.

Dr John Smith D.D.S. is a founding partner of Brook West Family Dentistry. Dr. Smith is a veteran of the United States Army and was stationed in Mannheim, Germany. Upon his honorable discharge, he attended Lakewood Community College and graduated from Hamlin University with a double major in Biology and Psychology. With an insatiable interest in science and desire to help others, Dr. Smith discovered a way to combine the two. He graduated from the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry in 1982. His love of people led him to complete a rural internship in the small-town setting of Cold Springs, Minnesota before starting his practice at Brook West Family Dentistry.

Dr. Smith has been honored by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine as one of the top dentists in Minnesota. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry , American Academy of Implant Dentistry , Minnesota Dental Association, and Minneapolis District Dental Society.

Dr. Eric Wang D.D.S. (Doctorate of Dental Surgery)

Dr. Wang graduated summa cum laude with a double major in Chemistry and Psychology from the University of Minnesota–Duluth. He then pursued his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, graduating with honors from the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry. He joined Brook West Family Dentistry in 1999.

Dr. Wang continues his training through post-graduate courses, with special focus on aesthetics and full-mouth rehabilitation. He continues this education from renowned institutes including LVI, University of MN, and Spear Education. Dr Wang has received specialized training in Lumineers ® and CEREC technology. This post-graduate training includes both didactic lectures and
hands-on training. Through Spear Education, Dr. Wang continues to advance his expertise in the areas of occlusion, aesthetics , and restorative designs .

Dr. Wang’s technical expertise allows him to carefully plan treatment for an ideal outcome. He understands that the link between accuracy and artistic ability is the key to making a beautiful smile that will last for a lifetime. Dr. Wang has facilitated breathtaking transformations for patients who were unhappy with the look of their teeth.

As the father of four young children, Dr. Wang encourages his children to brush, floss, and to value all that life has to offer. He enjoys spending time with his family whether in the great outdoors or helping with homework at the kitchen table. In addition to being a marathon dad, he also attempts marathon running as a pastime.

Honors and Affiliations:

Dr. Wang received the Award of Excellence from the Minnesota Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the Spear Faculty Club which is dedicated to advancement of dental knowledge and clinical skills.  Spear Faculty Club members make a positive impact on the lives of patients.   Dr. Wang is a member of the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. He has been inducted into the honor societies of Psi Chi and Phi Kappa Phi .

Dr. Crystal Bill, D. M. D.

Originally from Mankato, MN, Dr. Bill attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff for Microbiology.  She is bilingual and spent a semester in Argentina to strengthen her Spanish skills.  Dr. Bill completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  She entered private practice for patients of all ages in Tucson, AZ.

Dr. Bill has a special interest in pediatric dentistry.  She is a second-year resident at the University of MN in Pediatric Dentistry.  She enjoys working with parents and children to provide comfortable dental care and to help guide children on the right path to a happy and healthy smile.

Dr. Bill enjoys being active and spending time with her husband and 3-year old son. When she is not in the office, you can find her at the park, on the golf course, or running on a wooded trail.
